Thank You For Your Support

We would like to give a big “Thank You” to everyone who contributed to our amazing Mission Trip!  Your financial contributions got us there and kept us housed and well-fed (especially with Jodi’s fabulous cooking), your care packages revived us after long work days, and your prayers fueled our spirits as we taped, caulked, and painted.  It felt great to see the improvement in the Lower Ninth Ward from last year, and to make a visible contribution toward that goal.  We also got to visit the ladies we helped last year, now living in their “Skittles House” — every room is a different, bright color.  Check out the pictures from our latest trip!

High School: meets for dinner at 6:00 p.m. Sunday nights. A program follows until 8:00 p.m.

Middle School: Meets at 4:30 p.m. Sunday afternoons and concludes with dinner at 6:00 p.m.

4th and 5th Grade: meets the first Sunday of the month at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

In addition, the youth participate in helping to lead worship, putting on a twice-yearly “Youth Sunday,” and go on special mission trips to help the less fortunate.

Our Youth Director is Matthew McMurphy. Matthew is a “home grown” St. Francis parishioner, having been a member of this church since he was 2. He is assisted by Beth Kabage and other parent volunteeers.
